Certification Solutions

LRCE has formed the Certification Solutions in an effort to offer talented individuals the opportunity to gain fast-track certification while teaching. Successful candidates will earn a Louisiana teaching certificate in 15-36 months while working full-time in a public school or non-public school, earning full-time pay.

 

Whether you are retired, changing careers, or newly graduated from college, Certification Solutions could be the answer for you!

 

 

General requirements for CS applicants include:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum 2.50 Cumulative GPA.
  • U.S. Citizenship or work permit.
  • Passing scores on PRAXIS I and PRAXIS II Content Specialty Exams (PRAXIS requirements ) by April 15, 2010.
  • A satisfactory background check as required by the hiring school system.

CS will accept applications for our summer 2010 session from January 4 to March 19, 2010. Download the CS brochure and application .
