The Charter School Incubator (Incubator)
trains local educational entrepreneurs and community leaders to become
successful charter school leaders. The Incubator produces highly-effective
school leaders and assists them in developing and planning an innovative
charter school, uniquely tailored to the students, parents and community it
serves.
To bring educational choice to
students, parents, and educators by attracting, training, and partnering
with future charter school operators.
Developed from proven best practices of charter school leader
development programs as well as research-based strategies, the Charter
School Incubator (Incubator) will provide intense training and development
to local persons, enabling them to develop and run highly-effective charter
schools throughout the state of Louisiana. The Incubator will partner and
work with other education organizations for certain services in an attempt
to pool our collective resources to provide the best training and
development for our prospective school leaders.
