The Louisiana Resource Center for Educators (LRCE) provides the use of its meeting rooms on a reserved basis to organizations, school districts and schools. Rooms may now be reserved by non-members of LRCE, as well as members. Rooms can be reserved by completing the online reservation form. Please be sure to read/download our Room Reservation Policies .

Those interested in reserving a room are encouraged to schedule a tour of the facility before booking it.

Please Note

• LRCE does not provide technical equipment except for LCD projectors.
• No technical assistance will be provided by LRCE. A representative from your staff must be available to assist with technical issues and/or equipment. The building is wireless.
• LRCE has the right to invoice organizations that do not comply with our Room Reservation Policies .
